An Express Appointment will guarantee a 1 hour arrival window during which the technician will arrive. Only a limited number of these guaranteed appointments are available everyday. Good if you are only available at a certain time.

A Reserved Appointment will guarantee a 3 hour arrival window during which the technician will arrive. Only a limited number of these guaranteed appointments are available everyday. Good if you can be available in the morning or afternoon

A Standby Appointment will get you a technician when one is available. You can select a preferred time, but these appointments are not guaranteed. An Out Today representative will contact you to confirm you are home before sending out the technician. Good if you are home all day.

If you purchase an Express or Reserved Appointment and the time you requested is not available you will be contacted and offered another time or a Standby Appointment at the lower price.

If you purchase an Express or Reserved Appointment and the technician does not arrive within the designated arrival window the Express or Reserved Appointment fee will be FREE.

Book Online and Save applies only to the Express, Reserved and Standby Appointment fees. Any work performed will be charged at regular rates.

Cancellation of Express or Reserved Appointments require 24 hour notice to receive a full refund. Standby Appointments can be canceled anytime before Out Today contacts you to send a technician out and still receive a full refund.

Promo Code discounts (i.e. Additional 10% off work discount) cannot be combined with any other offer (except 25% off appearance fee) or other promo code discounts.
