We collect information you give us directly: your name, phone number, email address, service address, and the details of the job when you call, book online, or submit the contact form on this site. If you apply for financing through the Financing page, that application is handled directly by our third-party financing partner, not by us -- see their own privacy policy for how they handle that information.

Like most websites, we also collect some information automatically: pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you found the site, through Google Analytics (GA4). This is standard aggregate web analytics and is not used to personally identify you.

We use the information you give us to schedule and dispatch your service call, follow up about a quote or a job in progress, and respond to the questions you send us. We use site analytics to understand which pages and services homeowners are actually looking for, so we can keep the site useful.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, for any reason.

We share job details with the technician dispatched to your home, and with the scheduling and payment tools we use to run the business (for example our online booking platform). If you apply for financing, the application goes directly to our financing partner under their own terms. We may disclose information if required to by law, such as in response to a valid subpoena or court order.

We don't share your contact information with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

This site uses cookies and similar technology for basic site function and for Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some conveniences (like a filled-in form you were partway through) may not persist.

You can ask us what information we have on file for you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by calling (425) 615-5000 or emailing customerservice@outtoday.com. We'll honor reasonable requests unless we're required to keep certain records (for example, invoices and permit paperwork) for a period required by Washington State law.

This site and our services are intended for adults arranging home service work. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy as our tools or practices change. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
