Removed a 22-year-old gas furnace and aging AC, then installed a cold-climate heat pump sized to the home's heat loss. Heats efficiently down to -13°F and eliminates fossil fuel use.

Every job below is a real project, logged the way we'd explain it to the homeowner who hired us: what was wrong, what we did about it, and what changed afterward. We're not naming customers here out of respect for their privacy, but the work itself, the city, and the trade are all real. It's a cross-section of what a typical week looks like across the Eastside — a mix of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC calls, some of them repairs and some full replacements, in homes ranging from 1960s ranches to newer construction.
Whole-home PEX repipe
Replaced failing galvanized piping with clean PEX-A throughout a 1960s ranch. Restored full water pressure, eliminated discolored water, and patched drywall behind every access point. Completed in three days with daily job-site cleanup.
200-amp panel upgrade with EV circuit
Upgraded a 100-amp fuse panel to a labeled 200-amp service and ran a dedicated 48-amp Level 2 EV charger circuit to the garage. Whole-home surge protection included; permit pulled and signed off, inspection-ready.
Central AC replacement
Replaced a 14-year-old condenser that could no longer keep up with the home's upstairs bedrooms. Right-sized the new variable-speed system to the home's actual square footage rather than matching the old unit's tonnage, which evened out the upstairs/downstairs temperature gap the homeowners had lived with for years.
Tankless water heater conversion
Converted a 50-gallon tank nearing the end of its life to a condensing tankless unit, freeing up a full closet and ending the household's running-out-of-hot-water complaints. Gas line and venting upgraded to code as part of the same visit.
Whole-home rewire
Replaced the original aluminum branch wiring in a 1974 home with modern copper circuits, room by room, over five days with daily cleanup. Every outlet and switch was brought up to current code, and the panel was relabeled to match.
