By using this website or booking service through OutToday Electrical, Plumbing, Heating And Air ("OutToday," "we," "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site or book service through it -- call us directly instead and we can walk through things over the phone.

OutToday provides electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repair, installation, and maintenance services across Bellevue and the greater Eastside. Service availability, scheduling windows, and pricing can vary by location and by the specifics of the job.

Prices shown on this site (including the estimator sliders on service pages) are rough ranges for typical Eastside homes, not quotes. Your actual price is confirmed in writing, on-site, by a technician before any work begins, and you approve it before we proceed. If the scope of a job changes once work is underway (for example, a wall opened up reveals additional damage), we'll stop and get your written approval before continuing.

We'll give you a scheduling window when you book. If you need to reschedule or cancel, call or email us as soon as you can -- we don't charge a cancellation fee for a normal reschedule, but repeated no-shows for a confirmed appointment may affect future scheduling priority.

Our workmanship warranty terms are stated on the relevant service page and in your written quote, and vary by the type of work performed. Equipment and parts carry their manufacturer's warranty in addition to our workmanship warranty. Warranty coverage can be affected by factors outside our control, such as improper use, lack of maintenance, or work performed by someone else after our visit.

To the extent permitted by Washington law, OutToday's liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We carry liability insurance and are bonded; nothing here is meant to limit any protection that insurance or bonding is legally required to provide.

This website and its content belong to OutToday and may not be copied or reused for a commercial purpose without our permission. Please don't use the site in a way that could damage it, overload it, or interfere with other visitors' use of it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms as our business or the law changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update.
