Emergency AC Repair in Bellevue: what's different here
Ranch and split-level homes in Lake Hills and Crossroads from the 1960s and 1970s often still have their first duct layout, and the hillside homes in Somerset run long duct and line-set paths between floors. When older AC systems in Bellevue fail during a heat wave, the cause is usually a capacitor, contactor or refrigerant leak. Older systems often use R-22 refrigerant, so we tell you up front if a repair is still worth it.
Permits and inspections
Emergency AC repairs rarely need a permit; replacing the equipment usually does. Mechanical and plumbing permits in Bellevue go through the City of Bellevue Development Services. When the work needs a permit, we pull it, schedule the inspection and leave you the paperwork.
Utilities and rebates
Bellevue homes get electricity from PSE, and most have PSE natural gas. Bellevue homeowners may qualify for utility, state or federal rebates. We point you to the current programs for your address before you sign.
